Fulcrum Management

Mr. Handy is responsible for overall company performance, profitability, facilitating Fulcrum's growth in the technical services arena and establishing Fulcrum's long-term growth initiatives.

Mr. Balac has responsibility for Fulcrum's legal activities as well as for mergers and acquisitions. He serves as Secretary of the corporation and is a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Johnson has responsibility for Fulcrum's financial activities and business systems. He serves as Treasurer of the corporation and is a member of the board of directors.

Mr. Kaplan is responsible for strategic and day-to-day operations of Fulcrum's professional services business, including client relations, technology projects and portfolio growth.
