Carroll Johnson

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Carroll Johnson most recently served as the chief financial officer of a major financial services company providing leadership in all aspects of the student loan business. He has held senior financial executive and operational positions with private and public corporations with revenues ranging from $18 Million to $2.5 billion. He has over 26 years of experience in financial administration and operational activities in the government and commercial markets developing, implementing, and managing business plans to increase profitability in those markets. Mr. Johnson has significant experience in leading and managing the identification and integration of numerous acquisitions and divestitures with revenues ranging from $12 million to over $300 million. He has served as an executive member of organizations where he a demonstrated a track record in refurbishing, streamlining, and restoring the financial health of those organizations.

In addition, Mr. Johnson has served as a member of the board of directors for Micros Systems Inc., Government Micro Resources, Inc., and various subsidiaries of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He graduated from University of Baltimore with a BS in accounting with strong background in electrical engineering and mathematics. At Fulcrum IT, Mr. Johnson as the CFO is responsible for all financial aspects of its government services business and is an elected member of the board of directors.
