USSOCOM Enterprise Information Technology Contract (EITC)

As a subcontractor to L-3 Titan on their enterprise outsourcing contract supporting US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) world-wide, Fulcrum IT is the lead for information and infrastructure assurance. Fulcrum IT personnel provide the following services:

• Intrusion penetration testing using CORE Impact, an offensive tool set used for the hardening of SOF applications, servers, and networks.
• Intrusion detection using Securify intrusion detection system, which monitors network traffic and tells where an attack originated from. Fulcrum IT turns information over to JTFNO for investigation. Fulcrum IT collects the forensic data they conduct the prosecution.
• Forensics using EnCase which Fulcrum IT engineers to look at bit level on machines that may have been compromised.
• Web content filtering using Websense as the content filter. Denies access not just porn sites, but also to legally questionable and liability-prone sites such as hacker sites. Completely follows all website usage and movement. Blocks sites. Tracks chat sessions.
• Prevention of security “spills” where higher level classification leaks onto lower level systems. Report all to JTFNO.
• Industry surveys for future planning.
• Securing work stations and servers using Retina and Gold Disk.
• Checking for wireless emissions through frequent walks around MacDill AFB.
